Registration is by invitation. If you haven’t received an invitation yet and would like to book, please email amerson.fortunato@tus.ie from your student email, and an invitation will be sent to you.

You can book equipment or studio space up to 30 days in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak times such as exam periods and project deadlines.

Yes, the maximum booking duration is 30 days. This ensures fair access for all students and proper maintenance of the equipment and studios.

If you encounter any issues, please report them immediately by contacting our technician at amerson.fortunato@tus.ie. Prompt reporting helps us maintain the equipment in good condition for all students.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking by replying to the booking confirmation email you received. Please include the details of the changes you wish to make in your response.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please inform us as soon as possible if you’re unable to return the equipment on time.

No, the use of equipment and studios is free for all registered students.

No, extensions are not allowed. However, you can create a new booking if you wish to continue using the equipment. Please note that you will need to personally come to the store to check your item in and out for the new booking period.
